Cost & Features

Stand space and shell schemes available. Here are the prices for our shell scheme packages:

  • Shell scheme standard rate: £365 per sqm
  • Online and partner special rate: £320 per sqm

Shell Scheme Stand

Your stand will be built from traditional shell scheme. The walls are 2.44 meter high panels covered in material which is Velcro compatible. (Please note no holes may be drilled through the panels.)

Carpet

Your stand will come with carpet. You can lay your own floor covering if you wish but we will need to be informed.

Lighting

Two Spot lights are included per 9 sqm. Extra lighting is available to order via the exhibitor’s manual.

Company Name Board

Your stand will come with a professional printed company name board, one for each open side of the stand.

Event Guide editorial entry

The show programme is given free to all visitors and is a great form of promotion. A form shall be sent to you in the exhibitor’s manual to detail what you would like included.

Cleaning and security

Your stand will be cleaned prior to the event opening on both days. Please leave rubbish at the end of the day in the aisles and it will be thrown away. There will be on site security both day and night.

Training

Included in the cost we offer a pre-event exhibitor training session in partnership with The Exhibiting Agency. It has been designed to help maximize your ROI at our events but is also good training for any face-to-face corporate function you attend in the future. It will take place 6 weeks prior to the event and we thoroughly recommend you to take advantage of this free training session.

Your company will be able to ride on the back of our £100k + marketing spend. In addition to this we will be providing you with marketing collateral to promote your presence at the event to your existing customers and prospect database. This will include:

  • A branded email HTML template
    This can be tailored to your company, including logo, stand position and any extra information that you might specifically want to promote you can add yourself.

  • A unique URL
    Each email will have an embedded unique URL that will link through to our registration and we will be able to provide you with the delegate information collected from anyone who registers through your link. Not only can you gauge how well your e-marketing works we will provide you with the registration data to help a targeted approach in future sales and marketing campaigns.

  • Web banners
    This unique URL is also available for use on all other marketing procedures for the event and we can supply you with a web banner for your website

  • Website listing
    Your company will automatically be added to the exhibitors list within the website.

  • PR
    Our PR agency, Geometry PR, will contact you for any show-related news, helping you maximise your publicity as much as possible but will also welcome you to call them at any point with relevant newsworthy stories.

All package features, including the marketing package, are included as standard. There is no reduction if any or all of the above are not required.
