This opportunity will enable the supporting company to reach the maximum market exposure that this event offers. As headline sponsor you will be seen to be supporting regional business in the West and all the positives associated with this market leading event.
The official show guide will be given to every delegate that attends the event. It includes a detailed floor plan to help find your way around the event, a description of the products and services offered by each company exhibiting, timetables of seminars and key note presentations and a useful information section. This guide will be kept long after the show as a local directory of companies from different markets that the visitors can refer back to long after the event has finished.
Companies can insert a flyer or brochure into the carrier bag that will be given to every one upon entry to the event thus ensuring they receive and take home a copy of your company's literature.

Free wireless broadband internet is offered to all visitors who attend Business West. This sponsorship opportunity delivers real time brand awareness as when visitors and exhibitors log on they have to go through a welcome page that will be fully branded with the supporting companies message. There will also be coverage and logo placement with the official show guide.
Mailed out to all of our pre-registered visitors and worn by all of the 4000 attendees at the exhibition. See your logo on ALL of the 'visitor' badges and reach all of the pre-registered contacts before the exhibition and all of the attendees at the exhibition.

Emails will be sent to pre-registered visitors in the days before the event informing them of the latest news, speakers, seminars and developments. The largest of the theatres, the Innovation Lounge, will be a key focus for visitors to the exhibition. The Innovation Lounge will host a plethora of keynote speakers from the world of business. The seminar agenda is a key part of exhibition and there will be over 20 seminars and keynotes taking place over the two days of the event covering areas of IT, sales and marketing, finance and leadership and motivation.
The Network Café is at the centre of the event and is a busy area of the show. The Café is a prominent structure with significant branding areas. We will also be using this area of the event to host the exhibitor networking drinks evening on day one of the show
Branding and hosting the speed networking area gives the supporting company a chance to engage with hundreds of visitors to this event face to face and deliver them a unique experience that they won’t soon forget.
The restaurant area is an integral part of the event and is a very busy area on the exhibition floor. The restaurant is a prominent feature area with significant branding space for both banners and plasma screens.
The Sustainable Hub is a feature area dedicated to companies who offer green solutions to other businesses. Exhibitors in this area are being given an incentive to display their products and services by paying no VAT on an entry level exhibition stands. The discounted rate is in support of Government and International campaigns that offer tax breaks to green companies.
